Because we defend those wrongfully accused of driving under the influence, we understand the criminal side of DUI/DWI. In addition to the impaired driver, we also look at the driver’s activity prior to the accident. Was he/she drinking at home, at someone else’s home, or at a bar or club? Was the driver underage? Where did they get their beer, wine, liquor, or drugs? We will get answers to all of these questions and hold all appropriate parties responsible. There is nothing wrong with drinking responsibly, but when it is not, the penalties should be enforced to the fullest extent.
