[Q] First, do I really need a lawyer or should I save the money on legal fees?

[A] Without a doubt. it is NEVER a good idea to try and represent yourself. We know what we are doing. You should not try to “learn as you go.” And, don’t think you are saving money by not hiring an experienced lawyer. The increased insurance premiums alone will end up costing you much more over the next 3 years than the attorney fees.

[Q] In light of our expereince and credentials, how are we able to keep our fees so competitive?

[A]  Alot of lawyers will try to charge the absolute most they think a client will pay. They “squeeze” every dime our of every case. We do not believe in that type of practice. We treat our clients fairly and with respect. We know that if we do a good job and charge a reasonable fee, they will use us again in the furture and recommend us to friends and family. In addition, television commercials, bill boards, and big telephone book ads are very expensive. Instead, we primarily advertise our services through the internet. As a result, we are able to charge less in fees and pass those savings onto our clients.

[Q] How much is the initial consultation?

[A] Unlike other law firms, we do not charge an initial consultation fee. We feel such practice is insulting. Typicallly, we review your case over the phone so that you have some immediate answers to your questions. Then, if we feel that we can help you, we schedule you into the office for a private consultation. After that meeting, you decide if we are the firm you want to represent you.

[Q] What payment options are available?

[A] After we have a full understanding of the charges you are facing, we will quote you a flat rate fee which will carry you all the way through to the conclusion of your case. Any appeals, of course, would involve a new retainer and additional fees. We accept any form of payment, including personal checks and credit cards. We do offer a discount if you pay in full or set up convenient monthly statements after an initial down payment.

[Q] What if I need a lawyer “after hours” – in the evenings or weekends?

[A] One of the biggest complaints is that one can never get a lawyer on the phone, especially on weekends and holidays when you really some answers. We are different. Our lawyers are available when you need us. Let’s face it. Most people charged get into trouble in the evenings and weekends. We are happy to take your call and take some of the worry away. If you dial our main office numbers, an email will be sent to us. Or, for particular attorneys, you can call us directly on our mobile phones or direct emails published on our website. Don’t worry.
